Bayasita Hotel

Bayasita Hotel (BAYASITA @ KKU) represents another achievement in the development of the business units of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University. This is a space for learning and growth for the new generation, aimed at advancing Thai businesses and the service industry to an international level while creating a distinctive identity in a modern Isan style. Guests are invited to experience an atmosphere that is simple and comfortable yet retains a sense of luxury and the true essence of Isan culture.

Bayasita Hotel is located within Khon Kaen University, across from the Modindang Shrine, amid a lush and tranquil environment. The contemporary architecture of the Isan region is skillfully blended with the delicate intricacies of art, reflected in the philosophy of living according to the Isan way of life, which emphasizes simplicity and comfort while still embodying elements of luxury. This unique fusion creates an ambiance imbued with modern Isan characteristics throughout the hotel.

In addition to being a source of income that supports the management of the Faculty and aids the development of students, research, and community services, Bayasita Hotel also serves as a training center for students. It offers opportunities for both students from the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting and those from related fields across Khon Kaen University to gain real experience in operating a professional-level hotel.

With the concept of “learning through practice,” Bayasita Hotel provides a platform for students to cultivate their professional skills, whether in hotel management, customer service, food and beverage management, or the development of marketing concepts and business operations. Students will learn through real situations, honing essential skills required for the hospitality and service industry, thus enhancing their competitiveness in both national and international job markets.
