Domestic Cooperation

The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy of Khon Kaen University, along with 9 leading higher education institutions in business administration in Thailand, has jointly signed a memorandum of agreement to establish the “Business School Network of Thailand” (BSNT). The primary objective is to enhance the quality of education, strengthen the potential of educational personnel, exchange academic knowledge, and extend the outcomes towards the economic development of the country in the future. The BSNT network is a collaboration among 10 leading institutions, including the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University; the Faculty of Business Administration, Chiang Mai University; the Faculty of Business Administration, Kasetsart University; the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University; the Faculty of Management Science, Prince of Songkla University; the Faculty of Business Administration, Burapha University; the Faculty of Business Administration, National Institute of Development Administration; the Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University; and the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University.

The signing of this memorandum is a significant step for the field of business education in Thailand as it marks the first time that 10 leading higher education institutions in business administration have collaborated to create a network with the potential to systematically drive education and the economy of the country.  This network serves not only as a platform for developing the potential of personnel and educational institutions, but also as a bridge connecting the industry, government, and private sectors to generate knowledge that can be applied to develop businesses and the economy of Thailand sustainably. Additionally, it aids in establishing educational quality standards to ensure that business administration institutions in the country are equivalent to international levels. The network will play a crucial role in promoting academic activities and projects related to business administration, with an emphasis on exchanging knowledge and expertise among member institutions to develop educational approaches aligned with global economic and business trends. Furthermore, it is committed to establishing educational standards in business administration in Thailand that are recognized at both national and international levels.
