Food and Beverage Laboratory

“Food and Beverage Laboratory”  is a fully equipped laboratory with professional-grade tools   that serves as a learning resource  and a critical skill development area for students interested in the food and beverage industry.   This laboratory aims to support students by providing them with knowledge, skills, and experience  to adequately prepare them for future careers  and achieve success.   The laboratory is an integral part of the practical curriculum for the Bachelor of Business Administration program (majoring in Service Business Management and Event Management) and includes KKBS Café for students to practice running a coffee shop and beverage business.

Key Features of the Food and Beverage Laboratory

  1.  The laboratory is fully equipped with modern teaching and learning tools that cover every stage of the food production process, including the preparation of ingredients, cooking, presentation, and service, such as ovens, gas stoves, food mixers, blenders, ice cream machines, refrigerators, work tables, and other kitchen equipment. 
  2.  The space is suitable for both theoretical and practical instruction with a well-ventilated system to ensure comfort and safety.
  3. There is a team of experienced faculty members who provide guidance and oversight of the teaching process, as well as offer consultation and support for student skill development.
  4. Students are given opportunities to practice their skills and gain real-life experience through various activities, such as cooking, catering, cooking competitions, and internships, to adequately prepare them before entering the labor market.
