In the digital era where technology plays a crucial role in every aspect of life, the process of teaching and learning cannot remain stagnant. The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, recognizes the importance of modernizing the learning experience. As a result, they have initiated the development of hybrid classrooms to enhance the quality of education for contemporary students. The hybrid classroom combines traditional in-person instruction with online learning through digital systems, allowing students to participate in classes both online and offline.
