Currently, the spa business has been gaining increasing popularity, resulting in a higher demand for skilled personnel with expertise in spa-related knowledge. The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, recognizes the importance of this aspect and has therefore established a “Spa Laboratory” to serve as a central hub for learning and developing the potential of students and individuals interested in spa business management. The laboratory is an integral part of the practical coursework for the Bachelor of Business Administration program, specializing in Innovative Tourism Management.
