Between July 20-21, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy (Khon Kaen Business School), Khon Kaen University, through its Human Resource Development mission, organized a project to promote and support adherence to personnel ethics for the fiscal year 2025. Faculty members and support staff participated in the activities to raise awareness of morality, ethics, and the ethical principles for university personnel. The two-day event included listening to Dharma sermons and offering Sangkhathan (offerings to monks) with ปัจจัย (financial contributions/necessities) at Wat Sirindhorn Wararam Phu Prao, Sirindhorn District, Ubon Ratchathani Province; Wat Nong Pa Phong, Warin Chamrap District, Ubon Ratchathani Province; and Wat Tamyae, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.

The purpose of these activities was to ensure that the Faculty’s personnel possess knowledge and understanding of ethical conduct and comply with Khon Kaen University’s regulations concerning the ethics and ethical conduct of its personnel. Additionally, the initiative aimed to foster knowledge sharing regarding challenges, obstacles, and various recommendations that will lead to the improvement, development, and efficient implementation of ethical operations within the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy. It also promoted the application of religious principles in the workplace to align with Khon Kaen University’s Regulations on the Ethics and Ethical Operations of Khon Kaen University Personnel B.E. 2560 (2017).
