KKBS สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและอุตสาหกรรมสู่ความเป็นเลิศระดับสากล “Academic and Industry Collaboration Toward AACSB Excellence”

KKBS is establishing a network for academic and industry collaboration toward international excellence, titled “Academic and Industry Collaboration Toward AACSB Excellence.”

Between August 28 and September 2, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, led by Assistant Professor Dr.Pongsutti Phuensane, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, alongside the administrative team, comprising Dr.Narissara Palusuk Associate Dean for Administration and Corporate Image, Dr.Thanida Uthayapong Associate Dean for Strategy and Finance, Dr.Pongphan Sathatip Associate Dean for Industrial Relations and Sustainability, Dr.Suparak Janjarasjit Assistant Dean for Educational Quality Development and Digital, and Dr.Chichaya Leruksa  Assistant Dean for International Affairs, engaged in knowledge sharing and building an academic cooperation network, as well as enhancing teaching and curriculum development to align with international standards, namely AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), under the project Academic and Industry Collaboration Toward AACSB Excellence in Taiwan, Republic of China.

The objective of this project is to strengthen academic collaboration with higher education institutions, government agencies, and the private sector in Taiwan, which is robust in business management. Furthermore, it aims to study the management models, teaching methods, and curriculum development of institutions accredited by AACSB standards, as well as to exchange knowledge regarding curriculum development, research, and the establishment of international collaboration networks. The project focuses on two critical areas, namely Enhancing Engagement and Innovation in Education through AI and Student Exchange, emphasizing participation and educational innovation through the use of AI and international student exchange programs related to internships, cooperative education, and professional experience, and exchange projects between KKBS and universities in Taiwan, as well as various companies. Additionally, there is a topic on Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, integrating innovative entrepreneurship to drive sustainable development.

The faculty has discussed with various organizations in Taiwan, including the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Nova Technology Corp., National Chung Hsing University, Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center, and Immense Digitize Engineering Co., Ltd., focusing on building collaborative networks for curriculum development, research, and international student exchange programs.

The implementation of this project represents another significant step that reflects KKBS’s commitment to elevating teaching and curriculum development in alignment with AACSB international standards, propelling towards becoming a Premier Business School that integrates knowledge and innovation in partnership with industry to produce graduates, researchers, and innovators that are ready to respond to the demands of the business world and sustainable socio-economic development.
