On behalf of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University (KKBS), I am deeply honored and proud to announce that the Faculty has been officially accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This achievement marks a significant milestone for KKBS as the first business school in the Northeastern region of Thailand and the ninth institution in the country to receive this prestigious global accreditation. Notably, fewer than 6% of business schools worldwide across more than 70 countries have earned AACSB accreditation — a symbol of excellence in business education at the highest international level.
KKBS has been a proud member of AACSB since 2018 and has continuously pursued the accreditation process in accordance with its rigorous standards, culminating in the final Peer Review Visit conducted on June 22–24, 2025. This remarkable achievement reflects KKBS’s strong commitment to advancing educational quality to meet international standards. It also signifies our transformation toward an outcome-based education system that emphasizes learning outcomes, curriculum enhancement aligned with industry needs, strong collaborations with business and industrial sectors, and the development of students’ skills to thrive in an ever-evolving global landscape.
On this remarkable occasion, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our faculty members, staff, students, alumni, and strategic partners for their dedication, collaboration, and unwavering support throughout this journey. My sincere gratitude goes especially to our faculty members who continuously strive to enhance teaching and learning in alignment with international standards; to our professional staff who ensure operational excellence; to our students who exemplify the quality and readiness of KKBS graduates in the modern world; to our alumni who have carried KKBS’s values into their professional success and to our partners who have steadfastly supported and stood alongside us.
