Types characteristic and behavior of commercial and subsidized market segmentation, market targeting, marketing tools, and marketing with business and other customer as business market producer market, industrial market, middleman market, government market , subsidized market, business marketing strategies.

3. 963 332 Marketing Research

Roles and importance of marketing research on business , marketing research process problem definition and research proposal , research design , designing data collection methods, sampling design and data collection , analysis and interpretation of data , research report , marketing research application.

4. 963 492 Seminar in Marketing 

Integration of knowledge students gained from various courses with additional research in systematically analyzing situations, solving problems, and making marketing decisions by applying techniques from case studies and simulation games, in-class presentations with emphasis on teamwork and enthusiastic class participation in order to prepare students to be good marketers.

Theories and techniques of advertising and sales promotion ; roles and influence of advertising and sales promotion on social and economic systems; organizing advertising and sales promotion departments, studying planning objectives and operations of advertising and sales promotion ; selecting media ; budget establishing and results measuring ; studying constraints , laws and ethics concerning advertising and sales promotion.

Second Semester

1. 963 328 Service Marketing

Characteristics and types of services, strategic planning of service-industry marketing, service – market structure analysis, target market selection, development planning of service marketing mix, service-consciousness building, and organization and control of service marketing.

2. 963 402 Internet Marketing

Resources of internet Marketing, introduction of internet, Electronic commerce and the marketing process, Marketing planning stage for online activities, Segmenting and analyzing the target market, Internet marketing mix, Internet marketing implementation, virtual store for marketing products and services, the tools of internet marketing resources: concepts, internet, mobile phone include personal digital assistant, Website design and customer interface, Integrating the promotional mix.

3. 963 223 Direct Marketing

Principles, roles and types of direct marketing decision and factors affecting the selection of direct marketing methods, operation of each direct marketing method including various strategies and tactics.

4. 963 425 Individual Study

Student must identify a project proposal, methods of research process , evaluation and analysis of research results , research report and presentation under a lecturer’s supervision and consultation.

5. 963 424 Export and Import Management

Principles and practices in exports and imports; laws and regulations in exports and imports; principles, practices and preparations of sales documents and contracts; customs procedures; packaging; transportation; payment; management and organization of exports and imports department; government and private agencies related to exports and imports.
