Comprehensive Center of Expertise in Event Business and Service Industry (HEPSAC) Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, is a vital agency in enhancing knowledge and capabilities in the service business sector and event organization at the regional and sub-regional levels of the Mekong River Basin. The center focuses on the integration of business administration and economics disciplines with real-world professional experiences. It was established to fulfill the academic service mission of the Faculty and to empower personnel, students, and network partners with a space for innovative thinking, courage to change, and actionable initiatives through diverse roles including business consulting, training organization, research development, and the provision of event services under the student-run simulated company. With a vision aimed at strengthening and sustaining both public and private sector organizations, this center serves as a nurturing ground for a new generation of experts, poised to drive the Thai service industry towards quality growth, competitiveness, and resilience in a rapidly changing world.
