Recently, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy of Khon Kaen University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic cooperation with the MarTech Association – Thailand during the association’s 2025 Annual General Meeting, held at Data First Company Ltd. The ceremony was honored with the presence of executives from both institutions, including Asst. Prof. Pongsutti Phuensane, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, and Dr. Narissara Palusuk, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Administration and Corporate Image, along with Mr. Jitipong Lertpradit, President of the MarTech Association, and Mr. Anan Teeraburanapong, Secretary-General of the MarTech Association, who served as witnesses to this cooperation agreement.

The essence of this cooperation agreement aims primarily to develop teaching curricula at both undergraduate and graduate levels to keep pace with the changing business world, addressing learner needs and meeting the demands of the labor market both domestically and internationally. Additionally, it opens opportunities for students to gain professional experience, internships, and cooperative education with member organizations of the association to enhance their work skills in real-world contexts. Furthermore, the cooperation covers knowledge exchange regarding teaching and joint research to promote integrated learning and foster the development of new knowledge that responds to changes in the industry in the digital age. Asst. Prof. Pongsutti Phuensane, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy of Khon Kaen University remarked that this collaboration represents a significant step for the faculty in driving education transformation, focusing on adapting learning formats to the changes of the modern business world. The partnership with the MarTech Association will serve as a critical mechanism to enhance the potential of students and faculty, enabling them to systematically link business administration knowledge with technology, aligning with the faculty’s vision of promoting industrial integration to jointly develop instructional curricula and elevate the effectiveness of business management through the application of modern technology. Regarding Mr. Jitipong Lertpradit, the President of the MarTech Association, he stated that the association focuses on promoting learning in marketing technology, particularly in building cooperative networks with educational institutions to develop curricula, share knowledge, and provide students with opportunities to learn from real business experiences through internship and cooperative education projects in digital fields. Additionally, it supports vocational education to enhance student potential, preparing them for the labor market effectively, aiming for graduates to possess both operational skills and knowledge that align with the current demands of the digital industry. On this occasion, the Faculty also congratulated Mr. Chaipong Lapliangtrakool, the new President of the MarTech Association, on his appointment, along with the new executive committee for the term 2025-2026. Furthermore, the Faculty participated in discussions about the future direction of the association, marking an important starting point for cooperation between the Faculty and the Association in advancing the application of technology in marketing concretely, in areas such as teaching and learning, curriculum development, and knowledge exchange, to enhance graduates’ capabilities for sustainable success in the digital era.
