The activities included English language skill workshops, team-building exercises, cultural presentations, and recreational activities, all conducted in English to encourage students to utilize the language in real-life situations and enhance their communicationconfidence.

Additionally, they developed and integrated essential 21st-century skills such as Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Creativity, and Communication, alongside establishing networks of friendship and academic collaboration among students from various disciplines, as well as gaining a profound understanding and awareness of cultural diversity.
The “Explore & Exchange: International Youth Experience” program thus reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy at Khon Kaen University to develop students with language competencies, foster an understanding of multiculturalism, and cultivate global citizenship qualities in preparation for a borderless and rapidly changing modern world.
