The “Thailand Green Coach” serves as mentors providing consultation and support to tourism businesses to effectively comprehend and develop according to international standards. In October, there will be a hands-on seminar activity (Road show) conducted in four provinces from four regions: Chachoengsao, Chiang Rai, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Nakhon Ratchasima. This event will invite regional mentors to collaborate with tourist attractions and operators in learning and practicing self-assessment and reporting on the development of sustainability standard indicators. These results will be uploaded into a system designed to reflect the national sustainability status based on self-evaluation and can be further developed towards achieving international sustainability standards, with expert recommendations available to enhance tourist attractions and businesses.
