KKBS Organizes “NGBC X CFP: GEN TAX GAN Z – Easy Tax in GEN Z Style” to Enhance Financial Literacy and Promote Sustainable Financial Planning Among the New Generation
On October 9, 2025, the Next Gen Business Club (NGBC) under the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, organized the event “NGBC X CFP: Gen Tax Gen Z – Easy Tax in Gen Z Style” at the Wang Lert Smart Classroom. The event aimed to provide a learning space about taxation for the new generation of students, helping them to understand and manage their income effectively. The event was honored by Assistant Professor Wilaiporn Paisarn, Assistant Dean for Student Development and Extracurricular Affairs, who presided over the opening ceremony. Expert speakers included Ms. Patamon Iamluao, Financial Planner at Aventor Planner Co., Ltd., and Ms. Thitimat Nilalamat, Financial Planner at CPF Wonder Planner Co., Ltd., who shared their knowledge and real-life experience in professional tax management.

This activity aimed to promote learning and establish a fundamental understanding of taxation among students, particularly those receiving income during their studies, enabling them to manage taxes correctly and efficiently. The lecture content encompassed topics relevant to students, such as why university students need to know about taxes, what types of taxes apply to popular student income, tips for optimizing tax management, and tax management techniques for online professions.

The event “NGBC X CFP: Gen Tax Gen Z – Easy Tax in Gen Z Style” represents a collaboration between the Faculty and the private sector aimed at enhancing students’ comprehensive business knowledge alongside personal financial planning skills in a systematic and sustainable manner while instilling a sense of social responsibility. This reflects the role of KKBS in integrating knowledge with the industry to create real-world learning experiences from experts and advance the development of quality graduates in line with the Faculty’s PRIME values.
